All prices on this website are in EURO. All prices published are guide prices only and are subject to availability.
Deposit/Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time reservations are requested. The schedule of payments is as follows:
* 25% deposit at time of booking
* Remaining Balance of 75% due 8 weeks prior to date of arrival
* 100% payment if booking made within 8 weeks date of arrival
Payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Diners Card, Visa or Amex) or Bank Transfer.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted via fax or e-mail to Ireland Golf and Leisure and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
* From time of booking to 12 weeks prior to date of arrival-deposit only.
* 9 to 12 weeks prior to date of arrival- 50% of total tour price.
* 8 weeks of less prior to date of arrival- 100% of the total tour price.

Changes
Golf tour changes (numbers travelling, names, dates, tee-times, courses, etc.) requested after time of booking will result in a charge of 25euro per transaction.
All golf tours/packages will be re-priced at the time the changes are made, which may result in a price different from the original price quoted. Changes less than 45 days prior to travel, cannot be made without the approval of the Ireland Golf and Leisure.
Refunds
All refunds for cancellations will be issued within 60 days of written notification. No refunds are made for any unused portion of any package.
Rental Cars
Car retals include unlimited mileage, time, local taxes and cdw insurance. A valid driver’s license is required prior to renting a car. The minimum and maximum driver age restrictions apply. (23 to 75 years). Drivers 70 or over are subject to an insurance surcharge of 25 Euro per day. All drivers under 25 and all drivers 70 and over are liable for the first 1,200 Euro of damage to the car (excess).
Travel Insurance
Ireland Golf and Leisure highly recommend that all travellers should take out personal travel insurance to cover loss, damage or theft of luggage, personal injury, illness or accident. Ireland Golf and Leisure is not liable for any of the above.
Responsibility
Ireland Golf and Leisure acts only as an agent for chosen transport suppliers, accommodations, and golf green fees, and as such accepts no responsibility for:
*Any loss of/or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect.
Negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by: any transportation company; vendor or supplier:
* Any inconvenience or loss of enjoyment.
* Any delayed departure, missed connections; substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates:
* Any cancellation or double bookings of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Ireland Golf and Leisure.
The company does not accept the responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client.
By embarking on his/her travel, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
